In Person at Reception
Parents are welcome to visit the school’s main reception to leave a message. However, meetings must be arranged in advance. If you wish to meet a member of staff, please contact us via email or phone to schedule a mutually convenient time. In the case of a genuine emergency, please inform reception staff, who will assist accordingly.
Meetings with School Staff
If your concern cannot be resolved through initial communication and you feel a face-to-face meeting is needed:
- Please request a meeting via email, phone, or in person.
- Provide a brief description of your concern so we can arrange for the most appropriate staff member to meet with you.
- While we aim to arrange meetings promptly, immediate availability cannot always be guaranteed unless the matter is urgent.
In some cases, the staff member you meet may refer the issue onward if further expertise is required. This ensures concerns are dealt with effectively and appropriately.
