Chantry Middle School Equality Objectives 2024–2028

At Chantry Middle School, we believe that everyone should feel safe, valued, and respected. We are committed to treating everyone fairly and making sure our school is a place where all students can succeed and feel included.

We follow the Equality Act 2010, which helps protect people from discrimination and promotes fairness.

What We Aim to Do

  1. Make sure everyone is treated equally – no one should be treated unfairly because of who they are.

  2. Give everyone the same chances to succeed – we will help all students do their best, especially if they face extra challenges.

  3. Encourage respect and understanding – we celebrate differences and work hard to make sure our school is welcoming to everyone.
