Well done to all of the year 8 girls that took part in the āGirls Go Digitalā event at the Sage Gateshead on Friday the 16th of January.
All girls got the chance to work with industry experts and got hands on experience with a diverse range of digital technologies.
It was a great opportunity to develop their skills and be inspired by ground-breaking women from this exciting sector.

All girls got a goody bag at the end of the event. Well done to Monet Wendt who won the latest Kindle Fire HD tablet! The group she was working with won the overall prize for web development.
